Job Description

  • To carry out functional safety management work such as control, monitor, enforce, implement, coordinate, maintain and improve Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental related matters;
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies (DOSH, NIOSH, DOE, JKKP, BOMBA, MOH, etc.) to ensure compliance with all legal requirements;
  • On-site supervision, screening the standard operating procedure, and ensure the condition of all machines and equipment are safe for operation;
  • Inspect, maintain and ensure the firefighting equipment is in function;
  • Supervise and review the issue after inspection, find out the solution to eliminate incident and hazards happen again in future;
  • Investigate and analysis of accidents, as well as preparing the incident Investigation report;
  • Organize, prepare and conduct the Safety & Health trainings
  • To identify risk assessment; track safety & health performance indicators and trends and ensure compliance to the rule and regulations;
  • Provide safety and security equipment;
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

Job Requirement

  • Background study in Safety & Health or have attended OSHA training.
  • Hold at least an OSHA-C certification.
  • Familiarity with OSHA & Environment laws and regulations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related position.
  • Good communication and writing skills in both Malay and English.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
