Shop Paloma is a Baby Boutique Concept Store focused on helping expectant mothers and young families choose 100% natural and chemical-free baby care products to cater to babies' needs.

Currently we are in the journey of expanding our brand. We wanted to look for the right candidates with a caring, patience and good attitude to share our values and baby brand story with our customers naturally.

Your responsibilities and roles will be:

Customer Service

  • Welcome customers, greet and introducing our product to customers according their needs
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through high-quality sales service
  • Provide appropriate demonstration product features

Sales

  • Manage the point of sale process
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets and align with company's objective

Operations

  • Maintain excellent store conditions and visual merchandizes standards
  • Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
  • Comply to Sales & Operation Training Program, Company Policies and Company's SOP

You are a good fit for this role if you:

  • Enjoys helping expectant mothers and young families according to their needs
  • Prior work experience in retail/ baby care/nursery will be an added advantage
  • Enjoy working as a team and celebrate goals together
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin
  • Good listener, willing to learn, team spirit

Salary and Benefits

Work Location: Mid Valley Megamall

Working days: 5 days per week

Willing to work Retail Hours and Public Holidays

Salary: RM2,400 - RM3,xxx++ per month (Basic+OT+Allowance+Commission).
