Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing foundation programs, events, and initiatives.
- Support the development of project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and participant registration.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, expenses, and outcomes.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
- Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required.
- Provide administrative support to the foundation team as needed.
- Assist in volunteer management and vendor registration.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline; a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Marketing is an added advantage.
- Previous experience or internship in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Fast learner with a willingness to acquire new knowledge.
- Passion for community service and making a positive impact.
- Good communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
