Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing foundation programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Support the development of project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and participant registration.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, expenses, and outcomes.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
  • Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the foundation team as needed.
  • Assist in volunteer management and vendor registration.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline; a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience or internship in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Fast learner with a willingness to acquire new knowledge.
  • Passion for community service and making a positive impact.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
