This position responsible for planning, designing and overseeing the implementation of telecommunication infrastructure projects ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with contract standards and regulations. Key responsibilities includes site assessments, design evaluation, planning, periodic installation supervision, quality assurance and client communication.

Job Description:

  1. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation specific to telecommunication infrastructure projects.

  2. Ensure design meet technical specifications,contract standards and client requirements.

  3. Identify potential sites, obstacles, such as geographical challenges, regulatory constraints or existing infrastructure.

  4. Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution.

  5. Oversee the allocation and management project resources, including workforce, equipment and budget.

  6. Coordinate with contractors and oversee the construction or implementation phase, ensuring work is done according to plans.

  7. Ensure that all systems are fully operational and meet the client's specifications before project handover.

  8. Maintain detailed project documentation, including design drawings, site reports, installation records and test results.

  9. Prepare regular progress reports for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

  10. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, technical advice and addressing any concerns.

  11. Facilitate project meetings, briefings, and discussions to ensure alignment between all stakeholders.

  12. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.

  13. Address any non-compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

  14. Preparation of Submission of Claims when required.

  15. Carry out necessary site inspections and handover with clients.

  16. Manage and lead a team of subordinates to ensure departmental KPIs are met, through effective planning, task delegation and performance monitoring.

Job Requirement:

· Degree in Telecommunication Engineering field.

· Minimum 2 yearsof working experience in related field.

· Experience inTower and Fiber Optic Network/ Telecommunication industry processes is an advantage.

· Knowledge of working with government agencies and jurisdictions

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

· Able to lead and have hands-on experience at ground level.

· Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, requiring minimal supervision.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills, knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
