We are seeking a Technical Service Executive to join our Tinting Machine & Shaker Division.

This role involves installation, repair, maintenance, and management of tinting machines and paint shakers at dealer outlets nationwide.

You will play a key part in ensuring equipment performance, service record accuracy, and smooth coordination of the technical service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission tinting machines and shakers at customer outlets.
  • Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance on-site.
  • Inspect and prepare machines before delivery to ensure full functionality.
  • Maintain and update the master list of tinting machines, including machine serial numbers, locations, and service history.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and monitor stock levels.
  • Compile and maintain technician schedules, servicing reports, and maintenance records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly service documentation and performance summaries.
  • Conduct outstation service visits to support customers nationwide.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling tinting machines, shakers, or similar equipment preferred.
  • Candidates from the paint, coating, or machinery industry will have an added advantage.
  • Possess basic management and documentation skills — able to maintain reports, lists, and records accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation tasks.Hands-on, responsible, and well-organized with good communication skills.
  • Able to travel and work independently on outstation assignments.
  • Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
