Job Description

  • Manage boutique operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with luxury brand standards.
  • Lead and coach the boutique team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop client relationships through personalized service and clienteling strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management including stock control, replenishment, and shrinkage prevention.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation reflect the brand's luxury image.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align boutique performance with overall business goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of retail management experience in luxury or premium brands.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent clienteling and customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proven track record in sales and KPI achievement within luxury retail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising in a luxury setting.
  • Professional, polished, and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
