Key Responsibilities / 工作职责:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and in-house restaurant.

  • Develop new business opportunities and drive room and F&B sales.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

    跟进客户满意度,及时处理投诉与问题。
  • Handle walk-in enquiries, bookings, and group/event arrangements.

    处理上门咨询、预订及团体/活动安排。
  • Supervise staff performance, rostering, discipline, and daily operations.

    管理员工表现、排班、纪律及日常营运。
  • Follow up with leads and maintain close relationships with key customers.

    跟进潜在客户,维护主要客户关系。
  • Prepare reports for management and provide suggestions for service improvement.

    编制营运报告,向管理层提供优化建议。
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.

    完成管理层安排的其他事务。
Requirements / 职位要求:
  • Fluent in Mandarin (required). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

    必须精通华语。
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

    拥有酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业的学士学位。
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality management.

    至少2–3年酒店、餐饮或服务业管理经验。
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage staff and handle customer matters effectively.

    具备良好的领导能力与沟通技巧,能有效管理员工并处理客户事务。
  • Hands-on and proactive, able to work independently and solve problems on the ground.

  • Sales-driven, able to follow up with customers and help grow business opportunities.

  • Well-organized with strong multitasking skills; capable of handling management's daily assigned tasks.

  • Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends or public holidays as required.
