Title: Data Management Specialist (One-year contract)

Function & Business Unit: Supply Chain

Location: Malaysia/Thailand

Reports to: Senior Manager, SC Portfolio Expansion - AMEA Snacks

Global Level: GL1

• Manage P2P process for the regional team.
• Support master data setup for new products and market expansion in AMEA Snacks.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

P2P Concierge

• Support new vendor registration and system setup.
• Create/submit PRs, ensure timely approval.
• Perform goods receipt and resolve GRIR issues.
• Assist with vendor info verification and audit requests.
• Manage KBuy and SAP helpdesk tasks (release strategy, purchasing group/org).
• Close aged/delivered POs with BU/KBuy team.
• Handle requisitioner queries, courier coverage, pantry orders for Singapore office.
• Participate in continuous improvement and business meetings.

MASTERDATA Management

• Initiate and maintain master data records per company policy.
• Perform data quality checks and corrections.
• Enable system readiness for new product launches.
• Maintain repository of current product configurations.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Work is performed in typical office environment including normal work activities.
• Located in Malaysia/Thailand.
• Remote/hybrid work allowed.
• 2–5 years in data management.
• SAP and P2P systems knowledge preferred.
• Experience working with regional/global teams.
• Effective virtual communication.
• Skilled in reporting/data management tools and SAP interfaces.
• Proficient in English.
