Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize files, records, databases, filing systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, to streamline workflows.
  • Provide general office support and contribute to special projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
