Role Overview:
As a Special Education Teacher, you'll be instrumental in providing personalized support to children with special learning needs, helping them reach their fullest potential. This role goes beyond traditional teaching—it's about making a genuine impact by guiding and inspiring each child's journey.

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (alternating weeks)
Location:65, Jalan PJU 5/21 The Strand, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Diploma/Bachelor/Master's degree in Special Needs Education, Psychology, or Early Childhood Education.
2. Ability to teach and support using creative, fun, and nurturing methods.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
4. Must have own car/transportation.
5. Genuine enjoyment in working with children.
6. Fluent in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop engaging lesson plans and materials.
- Implement effective teaching methods to enhance students' abilities.
- Observe and report on clients' progress.
- Inspire and support teenagers facing learning challenges.
- Demonstrate patience, understanding, and adaptability.
- Exhibit strong self-discipline and time management skills.
- Collaborate closely with special needs children.
- Work in tandem with other professionals for case discussions.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly IEP (Individualized Education Program).
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss the child's progress.
- Able to support and assist children personally in classroom settings.
