The primary role are:
  1. Leading and managing the project planning, coordination, and optimization of operational and IT service delivery functions. The role focuses on designing efficient service frameworks, ensuring IT operational excellence, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
  2. Responsible for leading the organization's ERP implementation, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring long-term operational excellence of digital systems. This role plays overseeing ERP system rollouts, implementing digital workflows, and standardizing business processes.

The responsibilities are:

  1. Lead the ERP blueprinting, requirement study, and solution design in collaboration with business users and external consultants..
  2. Drive process standardization and harmonization across departments and sites.
  3. Manage end-to-end ERP implementation and improvement across multiple phases, locations, and business units.
  4. Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure successful execution within budget.
  5. Facilitate cross-functional coordination and resolve roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
  6. Oversee UAT, data migration, system integration, and deployment readiness.
  7. Oversee ERP system administration, maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement.
  8. Build and lead an internal ERP support team to reduce reliance on external consultants.
  9. Ensure integration of ERP with other enterprise systems and digital applications.
  10. Monitor system performance, address issues proactively, and drive enhancements based on business needs.
  11. Establish governance frameworks for ERP usage, access control, and data integrity.
  12. Ensure system compliance with security standards, audit requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:


•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.


•Minimum 10 years of IT/ERP experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.


•Proven track record leading ERP implementations


•Project management knowledge


•Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Contract Management, Projects, etc.).


•Knowledge of workflow automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or digital form systems.


•Good understanding of system integration, data management, and change management.


•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
