Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to drive our growth in the semiconductor and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate brings strong industry relationships, solid technical understanding, and a passion for expanding market coverage.
You will play an important role in representing our company, building meaningful partnerships, and driving strategic sales initiatives that strengthen our presence and growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in relevant markets.
- Leverage existing industry connections to expand business reach and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to guide sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports, sharing insights with internal teams to drive R&D and boost the company's competitiveness.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain industrial relation and long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and customer visits.
- Ensure that customer's requirements are met through solution alignment and collaboration with internal teams.
3. Sales Execution and Compliance
- Lead high-value equipment deal negotiations and manage full sales cycle.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of sales activities are maintained in accordance with ISO standards and relevant government regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and accountability.
- Foundational engineering knowledge to understand and communicate our technologies to customers.
- Strategic thinking and market awareness to drive business growth, with familiarity of key semiconductor accounts and regional market dynamics.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or automation industries.
- Experience selling wafer-handling equipment is an advantage.
- Strong network and established relationships with customers in the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in capital equipment or automation solutions.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
