JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to ensure they achieve their goals
- Identify and close high-value sales opportunities through effective negotiation and client relationship management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- To carry out any other related assignments as and when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the construction industry namely Structural Steel or Building Materials. Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a similar industry
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all level.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to navigate complex sales scenarios
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
