About the role

Precisetech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading our marketing initiatives to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  2. Managing a team of sales professionals and providing coaching and mentorship to ensure peak performance
  3. Identifying new business opportunities and initiating contact with potential customers
  4. Negotiating and closing sales orders with customers
  5. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision making
  6. Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
  7. Collaborating with the broader management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the company's overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within the cutting tools' industry
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers at all levels
  5. Proficient in data analysis and the use of sales and marketing tools to measure and optimise performance
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
