We're expanding our remote team and seeking a detail-obsessed, process-driven Digital Marketing & Website Asistant to keep day-to-day marketing and lead operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities (80% ops, 20% light ICT)

Daily core (critical)

  • Lead allocation in Vtiger CRM (~90 mins/day): de-duplicate, apply the company lead-assignment rule, fix mismatched contact details, tag correctly, and leave clear notes.
  • Inbox monitoring: Route enquiries, log valid leads to Vtiger.
  • Daily check-in on Basecamp: Brief summary of leads processed, inbox status, and priorities.
  • Attend daily catch-ups for quick task updates.

Publishing & scheduling

  • WordPress + Elementor: Publish blog posts/landing pages; apply tags/categories correctly so carousels/widgets populate automatically; ensure mobile responsiveness; compress images; add alt text.
  • SEO hygiene: Titles/meta, H1/H2 structure, internal links, canonicals, slugs, and Australian-English spelling.
  • Social scheduling: Prepare captions + hashtags; schedule to FB/IG/LinkedIn; verify links and thumbnails.
  • Marketing collateral: Produce clean, on-brand creatives (tiles, banners, thumbnails) using Canva/Adobe.

Multimedia & events (support)

  • Light video/image edits (Canva/CapCut/Camtasia): trims, captions, export presets.
  • Support webinars: slide-deck updates, recording upload, transcript tidy-up.

Light ICT / admin

  • Image optimisation (target KB sizes), file-naming conventions, folder hygiene.
  • Basic HTML tweaks in Elementor (no heavy coding); embed videos with stable URLs.
  • Simple troubleshooting (e.g., broken links, embed sizing, responsive quirks) and raising tickets when beyond scope.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, web content, or CRM support (remote experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor Pro is a must; comfortable with basic HTML/CSS for minor fixes.
  • Strong CRM hygiene (Vtiger, HubSpot, or Salesforce) with disciplined lead deduplication.
  • Excellent written and comprehension skills in English (Australian/UK spelling).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliverables.
  • Comfortable with allocating 1–2 hours during weekends for lead allocation.
