Job Descriptions:

  • Develop & manage sales budget in line with sales volume and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve sales target/budget and increase brand visibility.
  • Liaison with customers concerning market activities, sales, complains, new product development, factory visit, payment term and collection.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting new customers or developing new market segment to grow the existing export sales network.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasting activities and to ensure achieving of the forecast sales.
  • To constantly review sales performance of customers / team members to ensure achieving of sales target/budget.
  • Carry out market research to analyze market and determine market needs, latest trends, preferences, competitor's activities and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.
  • Liaison with other departments concerning delivery, production schedule, new product development, payment term, credit limit and collection.
  • Develop & maintain professional relationship with all stakeholders, supervise achievement of sales targets assigned to customers and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
  • Formulate fruitful and cost effective travel plan to assigned areas to provide business supports, to build up good rapport and to explore business opportunities.
  • Train & educate customers/sales personnel on product/technical knowledge.
  • Provides leadership and coaching to the reporting lines including - sales executive & Sales support executive.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum with 5-8 years of working experience in Export market, preferably in building material industry.
- Strong sales, business development and negotiation skills.
