Responsibilities

  • Be well-versed with product knowledge.
  • Answering customers inquiry.
  • Provide friendly customer service to the customers.
  • Upselling and promoting brand awareness.
  • Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
  • Flexibility to work around customer demand
  • Taking orders and payment, answering phones, delivering orders, restocking supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep an organized workspace.
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory levels.
  • Taking customer information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
  • Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays
  • Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations
  • Ability to work with team members.
  • Willing to transfer to others branch
