Admin / Operation Assistant
Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Saturdays : As and when needed (10:00 AM – 6PM)
Requirements:
- Age 20-28
- Own Transport
- Based in KL
- Experience in administrative in operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills English & Malay.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Job Role :
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Perform documentation, filing, and record-keeping (both physical and digital).
- Liaise with staff, customers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments on administrative and finance matters.
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchases, receipts, and staff claims accurately and on time.
- Perform data entry and update sales and financial information regularly.
- Track and record expenses and transaction details systematically.
- Follow up on payments and transactions with clients and vendors.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and related tools for reports, documentation, and data updates.
