Job Description:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to translate high-level strategies into actionable marketing plans.
- Lead the execution of campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and drive client growth.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify tactical opportunities.
2. Brand & Positioning
- Support the development of a strong and consistent brand identity in the forex and financial services space.
- Ensure messaging is aligned across digital platforms, campaigns, and offline initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing Oversight
- Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email).
- Leverage performance data and analytics to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.
4. Product & Campaign Launches
- Collaborate with product and business teams to design and roll out go-to-market plans.
- Lead the creation of marketing assets and communication strategies for new product releases.
5. Lead Generation & Growth
- Develop and manage initiatives to generate high-quality leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with client acquisition goals.
6. Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs across all campaigns and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and resource utilization.
7. Budget & Resource Management
- Assist the Head of Marketing in managing budgets, ensuring campaigns remain cost-effective.
- Allocate team resources effectively to deliver projects on time and at high quality.
8. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and specialists.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture within the marketing function.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in forex, trading, or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage digital campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding a small team.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing is a plus.
