Recruitment Team

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records with new hire information.
  • Assist in screening resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Support the recruitment team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Passionate in Human Resources.
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management or equivalent.
  • Understanding HR document management and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in data organization and record centralization.
  • Development of communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders.
  • Practical exposure to digitization and structured document storage.
  • Problem-solving skills in handling missing or incomplete records.
  • Experience in project documentation and reporting.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must be able to work in HQ at Bukit Raja 2
