Job Summary

Accounting Executive focuses on accurately upkeep records, transactions and being involved in producing financial statements timely. The incumbent is required to assist/support in auditing and review of financial policies.
(Mandarin Language required)

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare company financial statements such as balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant documents in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and assist with annual audits, tax filings, and other regulatory filings as required.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.
  • Manage banking relationships, including preparing bank reconciliations and initiating wire transfers and other transactions.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, including tracking actual spending against budgeted amounts and identifying variances and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and supervise the junior accounting team as needed.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in audit, finance and accounting, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Preferred language Mandarin & English
