Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Manager

Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and fashion-forward Sales Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience to join our fast-paced retail team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand helping customers express their style while driving sales performance and ensuring a vibrant in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs, offering styling advice, and promoting the latest collections.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain an attractive and well-organized sales floor in line with brand visual merchandising standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends, collections, and promotions.
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily performance goals and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fashion trends, styling, and brand presentation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
