Lokasi : Sg. Udang, Klang
Melapor kepada : Eksekutif Akaun / Finance Manager
Tanggungjawab Utama:
- Urusan Rekod & Transaksi Akaun
- Merekod semua transaksi kewangan harian dengan tepat (jualan, pembelian, bayaran & penerimaan).
- Menyediakan dan mengemaskini invois, resit, dan voucher pembayaran.
- Menyemak dan mengemaskini akaun pelanggan dan pembekal (debtors & creditors ledger).
Membuat semakan baki akaun dan menyediakan laporan aging (akaun belum bayar / belum terima).
Penyediaan Laporan & Dokumen Kewangan
- Membantu menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan seperti P&L dan cash flow asas.
- Menyediakan dokumen sokongan untuk audit & akauntan luar.
Membantu dalam penyediaan laporan SST (Sales & Service Tax).
Urusan Bank & Pembayaran
- Mengurus pembayaran kepada pembekal dan merekod transaksi bank.
- Menyemak penyata bank (bank reconciliation) setiap bulan.
Memastikan semua transaksi mempunyai bukti sokongan lengkap.
Sokongan Pentadbiran Kewangan
- Menyelia petty cash dan merekod perbelanjaan pejabat.
- Membantu dalam urusan gaji staf (payroll) jika diperlukan.
- Menyokong pengurusan kewangan harian syarikat secara am.
Kelayakan:
- Diploma dalam Perakaunan / Kewangan / Perniagaan.
- Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang akaun atau kewangan.
- Mempunyai asas dalam penyediaan akaun dan pemahaman terhadap debit & kredit.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan perisian akaun seperti SQL, AutoCount, UBS, atau sistem lain.
Ciri Peribadi & Kemahiran Tambahan:
- Teliti, amanah dan mempunyai sikap bertanggungjawab tinggi.
- Mampu bekerja secara berdikari serta menepati tarikh akhir (deadline).
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan boleh bekerjasama dengan pasukan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM3,425.54 per month
