What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • To visit customer for promoting our company products & services.
  • To assist in any quality and technical support to our customers.
  • To increase company revenue by promoting sales.
  • Maintain good relationship with customer in a long-term perspective.
  • Provide feedback to management regularly in regards of customers' words.
  • Coordinate with other related department to put forward a better customer service.
  • Understand the market trends and competitor for better analysis on our own techniques and therefore undertake certain alternations to such deficiency.
  • Monitor and follow up the payment from customer routinely to prevent customers from falling into the "bad debt" category.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Languages : English, Chinese, Malay (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Fresh Graduates is welcomed to apply. Experienced in manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
