Job Description
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
- Processing invoices & payments to external partners
- Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping
Job Requirements
- Diploma and above in accounting and related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and accounting software required
- Able to work under pressure during peak seasons
- Required Language(s) : Mandarin, English (Able to read & understand Mandarin will be an advantage)
