What you'll be doing?- Manage Sales: Independently oversee and enhance sales activities in your designated region, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop Strategies: Create and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor studies to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead Negotiations: Guide the negotiation process, from quotations to contract finalization, ensuring successful deals.
- Post-Sales Support: Coordinate after-sales services to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and market analyses for management review.
- Experienced Sales Professional: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in machinery or related industries.
- Independent Worker: Strong ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the China-invested (PRC) market is highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills with highly responsible, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Customer Focus: A proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous for field visits.
