Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily production operations including preparation, processing, bottling, labeling, and packaging.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Monitor machines and equipment performance; report any faults or irregularities promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the production area at all times.
  • Support inventory control by handling, labeling, and recording raw materials and finished goods accurately.
  • Prepare and update production records, reports, and batch documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to continuous improvement of production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM / Diploma or equivalent and above in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
