Role Summary

We're looking for a
Web & Digital Systems Support
specialist under the
Digital Transformation Partner
, supporting both
external digital platforms
and
internal systems
across multiple business units.

This role sits at the core of our digital ecosystem — maintaining websites and e-commerce platforms, supporting marketing and automation workflows, and helping roll out internal tools like
CRM, PMS, and Ticket Management systems
. You'll also work closely with
vendors and internal teams
to resolve issues, improve configurations, and ensure all systems work smoothly together.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain multiple
    WordPress and Webflow
    websites, ensuring uptime, performance, and plugin compatibility.
  • Oversee
    WooCommerce and Shopify
    sites, handling product feeds, tracking setup, and integration with marketing systems.
  • Install, test, and configure
    plugins, widgets, and interactive tools
    to support creative and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform
    regular backups, updates, and security scans
    , maintaining clear documentation of changes and fixes.
  • Assist in
    technical SEO
    including crawlability, indexing, schema markup, sitemaps, and Google Search Console optimization.
  • Assist in
    Google Merchant Center setup
    , validate data, resolve policy issues, and ensure synchronization with CMS and e-commerce platforms.
  • Configure and maintain
    email infrastructure
    (SMTP, AWS SES, Brevo, Mailchimp) to ensure reliable delivery and compliance.
  • Set up and monitor
    tracking pixels, conversion events, GA4, Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and CAPI
    for analytics and performance tracking.
  • Support
    CRM, automation, and workflow integrations
    (Make, Brevo, etc.) to streamline marketing and internal operations.
  • Assist in
    rolling out and maintaining internal systems
    such as
    CRM, PMS, Ticket Management
    , and other HQ-deployed solutions for business units.
  • Liaise with
    vendors and internal teams
    to resolve issues, ensure proper configurations, and coordinate integrations for core business systems.
  • Troubleshoot
    front-end issues, plugin conflicts
    , and apply light
    CSS/JavaScript fixes
    where needed.
  • Test and evaluate
    new MarTech or business SaaS tools
    , recommending improvements for adoption and workflow efficiency.
  • Adapt to new technology stacks and tools whenever applicable
    , ensuring continuous improvement in system operations.
  • Collaborate with
    marketing, creative, and operations teams
    to ensure smooth technical execution across all digital and internal platforms.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Information Technology or Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Systems,

Business IT / Digital Media Technology
or related field
.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in
web management, system support, or marketing technology
.
- Familiar with
WordPress, Webflow, WooCommerce, and Shopify
platforms.
- Basic understanding of
HTML, CSS
, and light
JavaScript
troubleshooting.
- Experience with
GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
, and
Google Merchant Center
setup.
- Understanding of
email delivery systems
(SMTP, AWS SES, Brevo, Mailchimp).
- Comfortable using
automation and integration tools
such as
Make
and
n8n
to connect systems and streamline workflows.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting issues independently.
- Good communication and documentation skills when working with vendors and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and systems curiosity
