Job Scopes

· Collect requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD), and ensure these requirements are ultimately delivered as planned.

· Partner with the project team to maintain and monitor project plans and schedules for assigned projects.

· Report accurate project statuses to stakeholders, and proactively mitigate risks.

· Facilitate the planning of project efforts between all necessary teams and functions to best manage time and resources.

· Thoroughly take notes to capture the conversation, key decisions, and follow-ups items from project meetings.

· Partner with functional and regional teams across the Ria enterprise to implement assigned projects.

· Iterate on processes by continuously learning and actively listening to feedback.

· Support projects, processes, and the people in our product delivery teams by being innovative, an engaging and collaborative team player, and a delightful human being.

Job Requirements

· years as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

· Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. Understanding of project management methodologies and the product development lifecycle.

· Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).

· Excels in fast-paced environments with frequently changing priorities by being agile and exhibiting reliable planning.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Industrious and able to develop "out of the box" solutions to solve problems.

· Persistent and results focused.

· Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
