Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role reports to the Regional APAC HR Lead for EL Distribution Solutions, Smart Power & Smart Building, and will have an opportunity to work across 11 countries in APAC - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand. Main stakeholders are across three big divisions of Electrification Distribution Solutions, Smart Power & Smart Building.You will be mainly accountable for:Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
