The role is based in Menara ExxonMobil, Kuala Lumpur.What you will do If successful, you will represent the Business Unit in providing effective above-site manufacturing digital and data optimization support. You will be part of the team which leverages central work processes and tools in place to certify manufacturing data reliability and accuracy and to identify continuous improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to grow your technical skills while providing essential digital and data optimization support for manufacturing sites.Developing a strong relationship with site stakeholders and committing yourself to the business outcomes through quality work deliverables will be key.In summary, we are looking for an individual who will play a key role in supporting our technical and business impactful decision-making process. Key deliverables include: Provides L3 and L4 Uniformance operations support to Manufacturing Sites, including PHD, DV (XHQ), Business Applications and other plant computing related technologies including ongoing work processes, upgrades and projects for refineries and chemical plants. Optimize Uniformance tool and features (including reporting) for Business teams' day-to-day decision-making process. Digitalize Manufacturing Environment (wireless technologies, electronic logbooks etc) by working closely with Manufacturing Engineering Division for digital opportunities including consultancy, requirements gathering, testing and rollout and sustenance. Application consultancy and support across a broad portfolio of applications spanning a variety of platforms and technologies at site (desktop, client server, enterprise applications) Data Visualization - Work with Business Teams across Refinery and Chemical locations to identify and define how data visualization can deliver business value and define / deliver appropriate solutions Partnership with Business and Key Contacts Primary interface for remote engineering support with manufacturing Site Engineers/Site Single Point of contact to meet site business teams priorities and opportunities Define and implement initiatives, upgrades and sustenance. Key interface between technical (EMIT) IT personnel and Business Lines. Establish yourself as an extended member of the site Process Control team, and proactively contributeto work-planning and prioritization discussions Collaboratewith Application Engineers to ensure applications utilization within scope of responsibility are operating at optimum level. Maintainstrong working relationship with Manufacturing Control Systems on technology roadmap, upgrades, enhancements, or initiatives involving equipment and/or systems relating to Uniformance system Interfacewith and providesinput to Global Network and Supervisor on issues and opportunities About you Skills and QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology Experience with database management (SQL), Ms.Excel macros and other digital related work deliverables (data visualization, data analytics and automation). Please provide relevant description of the project/deliverables.
