Job Description
  • Lead Generation:
    Proactively generate leads through diverse channels, such as outreach, networking events, and referrals, to expand our client base.
  • Consultative Approach:
    Conduct personalized consultations to deeply understand potential clients' fitness goals and preferences, tailoring bespoke personal training packages to meet their individual needs.
  • Product Showcase:
    Showcase the unique features and benefits of our cutting-edge facility and services, effectively communicating the value proposition of our personal training packages.
  • Sales Achievement:
    Drive revenue by closing sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly targets, and actively contributing to the overall growth and success of KD Trainer.
  • Relationship Building:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Market Awareness:
    Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to articulate our unique selling points and maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements

- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

- Demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
