Full Spectrum Corporate Secretarial Duties:Oversee all aspects of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, and striking-off of companies.Prepare directors' and shareholders' resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients.Handle applications for employment passes, opening bank accounts, and changes of signatories.Client Liaison and Advisory Services:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing advisory services on statutory and corporate compliance matters.Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.General Corporate Secretarial Matters:Coordinate the preparation and circulation of resolutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure adherence to statutory rules and requirements.Stakeholder Management:Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies, to facilitate corporate secretarial processes.Strengthen long-term relationships with customers and business partners by delivering exceptional service and support.Team Management and Support:Assist Managers in overseeing the management of team members' tasks and responsibilities.Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.Precedent Drafting and Database Management:Assist in drafting and updating the database of corporate secretarial precedents, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Ad-hoc Duties:Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the corporate secretarial function.
