Job Scope:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  3. Manage and monitor company expenses, ensuring adherence to budget limits.
  4. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including income tax, GST/SST, and other statutory requirements.
  5. Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as required.
  6. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.
  7. Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
  8. Assist in ad-hoc task/project assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
