To increase profit in sales and responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads. Monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. 

General Responsibilities 

  • Promoting, selling and servicing our product line including system services (Kanban, ORSYmat).
  • Identifying and developing new customers besides interacting with existing customers in the assigned territory to increase sales and profitability.
  • Managing the entire outside sales process: following up on customer meetings/ requests/ quotations/ offers in close collaboration with the Inside Sales team.
  • Setting up meetings and delivering presentations of our products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Preparing proposals and agreements for customers.
  • Providing technical and sales support to customers.
  • Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
  • Preparing periodic reports of customer activity, and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting.
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Strategically overseeing and optimizing the progression of leads and prospects through CRM to ensure a steady flow of potential opportunities and achieve sales targets. 
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
  • Compiling sales statistics and preparing various reports for Head of Department or Top Management and maintain clean and updated records for customers and internal.
  • Support all Outside Sales including Inside Sales activities to ensure that businesses are performed in the most effective and efficient manners.
  • Supporting on the collection of open invoices and reducing existing old stock 
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in the Sales Meeting.
  • Perform any other similar or general duties required by the position.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies to provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
  • Carry out any duties assigned by Head of Department or Top Management from time to time.
  • Oversee appropriate action related to customer requirement concerned.
  • Contribute ideas or suggestion for continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management system within department and Wuerth Industrial Services Malaysia.

Requirement:

  • Minimum with 1 to 2 years sales experience. If not, we offer comprehensive training with internal support.
  • Preferably candidate who familiarly with fastening and Kanban systems. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, and training.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
  • The selected candidate will undergo initial training at our Subang Jaya office, lasting 1 to 2 months.
