BHD. The role involves handling receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with clients and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service daily. No prior experience required. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.Qualifications:1) Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills:Answer phones, direct calls to the appropriate associates, and take messages as needed.2) Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills:Greet and direct visitors to the company or appropriate tenants.Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.Assist with photocopying, filing, and collating documents.3) Customer Service Skills:Serve as the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, including customers, prospective clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.Deliver a high level of customer service consistently, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient reception experience.4) Organizational and Time-Management Skills:Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.5) Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office:Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.6) Fluency in Japanese (a plus):Fluency in Japanese is advantageous for effective communication and collaboration with Japanese-speaking clients and partners.7) Flexibility:Ability to undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required.No prior experience is required.
