Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and focus on opening new corporate accounts. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with corporate clients and promote our smoothie subscription plans as a valuable employee welfare benefit. This may be challenging because most corporate clients currently engage with coffee machine subscription plans at a lower cost. As we are offering something new to the market, we need to put more effort into marketing and plan our strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential corporate clients for subscription to our smoothie plans.
  2. Research and develop marketing strategies to attract corporate accounts, including presentations, email campaigns, and networking events.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and HR departments.
  4. Customize subscription plans to meet the specific needs and preferences of each corporate client.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for corporate accounts.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, especially in corporate services supply.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  6. Ability to work independently.
  7. Experience with social media marketing is an added advantage.
  8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
