Job Title: Intern – Customer Business Development

Location: Malaysia

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Cleanup and Update: You'll facilitate the CBD team in performing data cleanup and updating rebates into the master Chriso. This involves maintaining headers and columns to ensure accurate capture in the Power BI dashboard TPA. Data includes 6-scan customers, all categories, and business units (BUs).

  • Stakeholder Management: You'll coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the data and its sources, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

  • Data Upload: You'll upload the updated data file into SharePoint or the Data Storage Warehouse, ensuring that all information is accurately reflected for analysis.

  • Quality Assurance: You'll maintain data integrity by verifying that all headers and columns are maintained during the cleanup and update process, minimizing errors and discrepancies.

    Time Breakdown:

  • 80%: Coordinate and manage stakeholder relationships, understand data sources, and perform data cleaning to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • 20%: Upload cleaned and updated data into storage platforms, maintaining consistency and accessibility for analysis.

    Key Requirements:

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP functions, to efficiently manage and manipulate data.

  • Power Query: Proficiency in Power Query to streamline data cleaning and transformation processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

  • Power BI (Optional): While not mandatory, familiarity with Power BI is beneficial for understanding data visualization and dashboard creation.

  • Desirable Experience/Skills/Knowledge: Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role. Additionally, experience with data analysis in the context of sales and consumer goods industries would be advantageous.

Experience & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or related and have a strong career interest in Sales and Fast-Moving Consumers Goods.

  • ​ Able to commit for at least 6   months .

  • ​ Early graduates   who are looking for internship experiences .​
