Prioritize and manage support tickets to meet the company’s established service level expectations. Posses the necessary technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to company products & APIs. To complete the task assigned by superiors in accordance with company goals and objectives. Requirements Qualifications: with 1 year and above experience. Fresh Graduate are welcomed. A good communication, discipline, self-motivated and a team player that is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Recognized Diploma & above. Problem solving skills. Basic practical knowledge of C#,. Net, API Able to troubleshoot, debug and resolve. Net/C#/API application issues. Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines. Organized multitasker
