about the job

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to expand the firm's portfolio.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to secure new projects and clients.
  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to inform design strategies and innovatiabout the requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.about the manager/team
