Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and guest expectations are met.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Manage booking inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies for guest comfort.
- Supervise and schedule housekeeping team members, inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Address any issues or complaints from guests and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with maintenance team to manage property maintenance and repairs, ensuring the property is in top condition.
- Maintain records including purchasing and payment of invoices.
- Prepare daily sales report and monthly income report for management review.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major. No work experience required.
This role may require working weekends, holidays, and evenings based on operational needs.
