Manage day-to-day operation of overall accounting and financial activities.Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.Handle all payment inquiries and liaise internally and externally.Prepare and manage the billing payment of company operation expenses (Eg: utilities and any related operation payment).Responsible to prepare and settle of credit card billing statement every month.Ensure invoices received/payable daily is being processed on time before due date.Follow up on accounts receivables and any overdue accounts.To generate relevant documentation (Purchase Order/Sales Invoice/Credit Note etc) & correspondence.Responsible to prepare and check the accounting and financial related documents for internal reference or Managements verification and approval.Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Previous experience in an administrative role with some accounting responsibilities is preferred.Knowledge in SQL accounting, Microsoft office is an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
