Job Description:

Responsibilities/Functions

  • Responsible to deliver the area sales revenue and volume and ensure compliance to all company procedures
  • Review sales performance and provide weekly and monthly report to National Sales Manager
  • Develop and execute area business plans to drive growth
  • Identify area business opportunity for both retail and food service channel
  • Manage relationship with distributors and appoint area distributors Act as company representative in area to meet and resolve issues
  • Manage and monitor daily operation of distributors and retailers to adhere to company policy Responsible for unsold and collection in area
  • Recruit and visit existing and new retail outlets to manage ordering and merchandising

Requirements

  • Degree or post graduate qualification in Marketing/Sales/Business
  • Fluent in English & BM
  • Computer literate is a must
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years sales and marketing in palm oil based products or FMCG
  • Good knowledge of key account and distributor management
  • This position will be based at Kota Kinabalu Sabah or Kuching Sarawak
