  • Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
  • Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
  • Ensure the accuracy of an organization's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
  • Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
  • Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a

The Successful Applicant

  • Accounting, Finance or any business related course with quantitative discipline (e.g. Economics, Math, Statistics, Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering).
  • 1 year work experience
  • Written and spoken ability in English & Japanese forinteraction.
  • Previous accounting experience / studies.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks.
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing.
  • Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus).
  • Experience with accounting systems.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Client industry experience a plus.
