Job Description:Petronas, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience.Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to account managers in maintaining client relationships.2. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.3. Communicate with clients via email and phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.5. Assist in tracking and updating client information in the company database.6. Support the account management team in developing strategies to meet client needs and objectives.7. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:1. Resilient and passionate individual with a strong work ethic.2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.3. Strong planning and organizational skills.4.
