about the job

  • Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan for the mall
  • Develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers and business partners
  • Source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning
  • Conceptualize and develop strategies that will increase the occupancy of the mall
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and any special considerations
  • Collaborate with legal team/solicitor to ensure lease agreements comply with regulations and safeguard the interests of all parties
  • Preparation of budget and rental plan
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and follow up on status of negotiation with tenants

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing or equivalent
    • 5-8 years of experience with proven track record in mall leasing
