  • Managing churn and increasing customer retention
  • Educating customers with in-app help and improving customer experience
  • Driving account expansion with contextual offers and growing lifetime value
  • Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
  • Building relationships by providing consistent value and fostering customer loyalty
  • Liaising with the sales team and marketing team to understand customer needs and better user insights
  • Renewals, up sell and cross sell

    Reporting to UK headquarters.

    about the requirements

    • 3-5 years experience in a customer facing role.
    • Able to commit to working Australian working hours
    • Ability to analyse and move quickly to resolve customer challenges, engaging all of the appropriate resources and influencing appropriately to achieve goals.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
    • The ability to translate & articulate how specific product features will assist and deliver customer success outcomes.
    • Analysing & understanding product usage data by customer or cohort/segment of customer
    • Confidence to professionally deliver presentations to internal/external audiences both face-to-face and via webinars.
    • Experience in CSM role in similar market would be advantageous
