Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal tasks for directors, including coordination of special projects.Oversee office management tasks, including supply inventory, maintaining a professional environment, and handling basic financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking. Assist with account handling, including managing client accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.Support research activities, including scheduling, coordination, and assistance with focus group discussions, or in-depth interviews.Handle correspondence, prepare and edit documents, maintain office files, records, and databases, and assist in research report preparation. RequirementsA diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient in English or Bahasa Melayu, candidates proficient in Mandarin are highly desired for effective communication and work execution in Mandarin.
