Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to join our team.

This role involves managing the executive team's calendar, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, handling emails and correspondence, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

The Personal Assistant will also assist in planning and coordinating events, managing procurement and vendor relationships, and preparing reports and presentations.

Additionally, the role requires translating articles, news, speeches, and letters between English and Malay.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive team's calendar and schedule appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle emails and correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Plan and coordinate events.
Manage procurement and vendor relationships.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Translate articles, news, speeches, and letters between English and Malay.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in English Studies.
Male candidates only.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and English.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
Discretion and confidentiality.
A degree from a European University is considered an advantage.
