Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Management:

  • Supervise the direct report team to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaints, taking prompt action to resolve issues.
  • Escalates complex or recurring issues to the immediate superior.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, good houskeeping practices and cost saving initiatives. 

Team Leadership:

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Schedule and manage team shifts to ensure coverage during branch operating hours.
  • Lead team meetings to discuss performance, updates, and customer service improvements.

Operations Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Dream Fulfillment Officer to ensure a seamless Dealer journey.
  • Manages and accounts product inventories. These include good warehousing practices, merchandising guidelines, and accurate monitoring of inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and/or over-stocking.
  • Ensure that the overall branch area is well-maintained, welcoming, and stocked with necessary materials.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Provide regular updates to branch management on customer service performance, POS system efficiency, and areas for improvement.

Additional Duties (Without POS System):

  • Manage cash handling and manual billing processes in collaboration with the Invoicing Clerk.
  • Oversee the manual recording of sales transactions and inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy.
  • Attend to cashier in the absence of Invoicing & Warehouse Custodian. 

Qualification:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or other analogous courses 
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications specially Excel 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor of a team of service professionals 
  • Must pass SHL exam
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay. Mandarin will be advantage.
